Set Attainable Goals

Working out is one of those things that people either love or hate. I’m definitely an inbetweener. I love working out because it relives a lot of stress and makes my body feel refreshed. To stay motivated while working out, I think it is super important to set attainable goals for yourself. Many times I’ve set goals that I knew were out of my reach and I ended up disappointed in myself that I wasn’t able to achieve them. I knew that with my lifestyle, work, my babies and everyday mom life I wouldn’t be able to stick to the workout routine I had in mind. Always keep your lifestyle in mind while you’re choosing a workout routine for you. What I love to do (especially while pregnant) is walk and do high fitness classes. I’ve taken a step back from High fitness just because I’m getting closer to my due date and I’m a little sore, I’m sure some of you mamas can relate. I love walking either outside or on my treadmill if it’s too chilly. I’m excited to share this post with you and all my outfit details from Walmart. Wake Up With A Plan

This is super important. I lay out my clothes for the morning, get my drink ready and put my shoes by my bed. This takes the stress away in the morning of picking an outfit and honestly wasting time. In the morning I really don’t have the energy to workout but I always remind myself that I feel so much better and have more energy after a light workout. It helps get the blood flowing, gets my heart rate up and gets a little sweat going on. If results don’t motivate you, but the feeling after you workout does, remember that. It feels amazing!

Have Comfortable Workout Clothes

You know it’s true when you have a new outfit you feel more confident and want to go out. This is the same with working out! I’m not saying to buy a new outfit every time you workout, haha! But have a few go-to leggings you love, sports bras, shoes, and tops that are comfortable and make you feel confident while you’re working out. I’ve found the cutest shoes that are just as comfortable as they are stylish! I purchased everything from Walmart. It was all super affordable and the quality is amazing. Everything I wear these shoes people ask me where I got them and race to Walmart right after to pick them up. Seriously, these are my go-to shoes. I get excited to put them on in the morning. Is that crazy?!
