Valentine’s day is one of my most favorite holidays! It always has been! The feeling of love in the air, yummy candy, and beautiful flowers – how could you not love it? Even the days I didn’t have a lover in my life I would just hop on over to Target and help myself. It helped too that my mom always wrapped us the cutest, most thoughtful gifts! Now I have my husband & little boy who will forever be my Valentine which is something I will never take for granted! Each day I ask Mason if he will be my Valentine and he says, “No, momma. Snoopy” He insists that Snoopy is my Valentine, haha I’ll take it. I like to think that the day of “love” is something for us to cherish. To stop and be grateful for all the loved ones we have been given in our lives. Our husbands, children, mothers, sisters, brothers, and of course sweet friends!
I had the opportunity to work with the sweetest, most amazing women on this Valentine’s Day shoot and have been so excited to share it with you guys! There were 2 different looks from this shoot so I’m going to break it up into two different posts! I loved everything about it! I have list all the ladies below & the contribution but I have to say that I’m so obsessed with the flowers from The Lovely Ave! They are made out of paper but look way better than real flowers! Is that even possible? They do.
I hope you guys have fun plans this weekend. We will just be doing stuff around the house, running errands, taking Mason to see the Panda movie (movies are his absolute fave), and hang out with friends! Tomorrow is the big day – well in sports! Can’t wait! XOXO
