Mozzarella Panini’s
A couple weeks ago my friends little boy had a birthday party and they made the yummiest mozzarella panini’s and I have not stopped making them ever since! They are so easy. Fresh ingredients and simply delicious!
I’m also excited to start sharing more recipes with you guys! One thing you may not know about me is I love to cook + bake. Ree Drummon from Pioneer Woman doesn’t know it yet but we are basically best friends (in my mind). So, I hope you guys love the recipes just as much as I do and I can’t wait to share more!
Full disclosure, I raided my kitchen cabinets a couple months ago and got rid of our panini press (which I totally regret) and so I’ve resorted to my waffle maker. Haha, no judgement please. It does the job just I did link a wonder panini maker that my mom has which I just ordered so my family stops giving me grief for what they call “waffle sandwiches”.
