Spring is in the air and I cannot wait to get outside and go to the park with my babies! I truly do love winter time and all the magic that Christmas and the holidays bring but there’s nothing like the sun shining down on your face. Some of my favorite spring activities are bbq’s playing games in the backyard, having friends and family over and going to the park, vacations, walks and more. Speaking of bbq’s has anyone ever barbequed pineapple? It is one of the yummiest treats for a party. Try it next time. It’s even amazing on burgers. I will definitely be taking of walks the spring with my baby boy who will be here in a few weeks! I can’t even believe it. The time has gone by so fast.
Let’s talk about my spring picks as far as clothes go. This spring I’m all about wearing light and airy clothing that makes me feel feminine but I also don’t want to sweat like crazy. Once the sun comes out, the heat starts. One of my favorite dresses that is absolutely perfect for any occasion is this white flowy midi dress. It’s so gorgeous. I wore it for my shower and my sister actually used this dress as her bridesmaid’s dresses. They were so cute on all the girls! Speaking of white, who else kind f dreads white pants for spring? What if you sit in chocolate? Or your kids get their sticky hands on your hands? It happens to the best of us! No fear! Nothing Shout spray of a Tide pen can’t fix. I love these white jeans. They aren’t c-thru and the fabric is super comfortable. I love pairing white jeans with a flowy blush blouse or with a jean jacket and bodysuit. There are tons of cute ways to make white jeans work for you!
I’m getting more adventurous with my accessories lately and I am totally in love with headscarves. They keep my hair out of my face but I’m still able to wear it down. There are tons of amazing styles you can find and small boutiques that carry them. I found these cute ones from Amazon. You can throw them in a ponytail, wrap it around your top knot or wear it as a normal headband. So many fun ways to use them. I hope you enjoy all of my spring essentials! xoxo
