With Valentine’s day around the corner I wanted to share with you guys a couple easy & fun things to do with the kids that are kid-friendly Valentines activities! At Mason’s school they are having a V-Day party but we aren’t allowed to bring treats. A yummy as V-Day candy can be I really appreciate the { not allowed to bring treat } part because Mason used to be allergic to peanuts so it would break my heart when he got a peanut butter candy and I had to take it from him 🙁 So fun little things it is! As junky and random as these things can be the kids LOVE them! I swear Mason cherishes each one for a good week, haha moms, you know what I’m talking about it!
As far as it goes when finding things the Target Dollar Spot it where it’s at, always & forever! Mase picked out these cute little glasses! They were $3 for 16 so we got 2 packs. I also grabbed the personalized stickers & bags from a Groopdealz the month prior (thinking ahead). He simply slipped them into bags, he put the sticker on the bags, and I helped taped. I love it because not all the stickers are straight or even on all the way but he loves them & is so proud of them! I remember when I was younger doing my Valentine’s an how excited I was so thats the point! It’s something for him to remember not to be perfect!
I also shared a fun little snack we made a couple days ago! Perfect for a neighborhood treat or a family snack! I hope you guys enjoy this simple post! I know as momma who strives to be everything for my babies I love easy ideas like this that they can remember & participate it! The placemats are from Skiphop which makes clean up so easy & helps keep Mason in one area!
Also, don’t miss my post last year about Cake Pops for Valentine’s Day & the easiest cookie recipe!
